Stuffed is a short animated film created by a team of seven artists, in ten weeks, and in fulfillment of the Texas A&M Summer Industry Course. My roles included: Co-Project Manager, Lead in Layout, Co-Lead in Animation, Concept Art, Surfacing, Modeling, and Redering. Throughout this course, I worked closely with artists and supervisors from Dreamworks Animation, Meta, and Lucas Film.
Project Management
As Project Manager, I created and maintained Google Sheets to track the tasks of team members, the progress of the film, and the time spent on the project by each team member. This included a calendar, project timeline, weekly schedule, asset list, time log, shot sheet, and scrum sheet. The strenuous nature of this project required the creation of several new spreadsheets to support the development of a strategy for casting team members to tasks and prioritize the use of scarce time. My role involved leading daily meetings in which I communicated goals for the day, distributed tasks evenly, prioritized tasks for individual artists, managed conflict, and communicated with our professors, teaching assistants, and industry mentors on behalf of the team. 
Layout

As Lead in Layout, I was responsible for the set design of environments, camera shots and animation, cuts between shots, and overall cinematic themes of the short. As Lead I met frequently with Jon Gutman, Head of Cinematography at Dreamworks Animation.

Animation

As Co-Lead in Animation, I was responsible for the character and prop animation of all shots in the factory environment. I worked closely with our rigging artist to develop the tools and structures needed to achieve our vision for character acting. As Co-Lead I met regularly with Catherine, an Animation Technical Assistant at Dreamworks Animation.
